Collector Design Werks only accepts and ship orders within the United States and its territories.

By PLACING AN order, the buyer assumes all responsibilities for complying with federal, State and local laws and also acknowledges that they will only utilize the items for lawful purposes and in the manner for which they’re intended. Collector Design Werks assumes no liability associated with misuse of its products.

Collector Design Werks cannot guarantee parts function when installed by others. To ensure safety and the proper function of any parts, we recommend all parts be installed and inspected by a qualified gunsmith.

Collector Design Werks reserves the right to approve or deny any orderS placed and/or to limit quantities. If your order is modified/canceled we will contact you via the e-mail and/or by phone that was provided when your order was placed.

Collector Design Werks may occasionally inadvertently over-sell an item. In that event, we will contact you with options to backorder, refund or exchange depending on the situation.

RETURN POLICY

Warranty, EXCHANGE, RETURNS & REFUND

Collector Design Werks offers a 15 day return period from the date of DELIVERY, as long as the item has not been used.  return REQUESTs beyond 15 DAYS may NOT BE HONORED, EXceptions may be granted on a case by case basis.

Collector Design Werks stands behind its products against qualty, workmanship and functional defects. If you believe you’ve received a defective product, please contact us within 15 days to initate a warranty request.

PLEASE SUBMIT the REQUEST HERE and include any relevant information (order no., item in question, issues with the product, etc). to return ship an item, PLEASE packaged well and use a TRACKABLE service.

  • warranty requests may be denied for issues due to misuse, abuse, negligence or operator error(s).

  • CDW may not be held liable for loss/damage during transit.

  • please allow 3 business days for processing upon recipt.

  • refunds are processed through the original form of payment. you’ll be notified via email once complete. keep in mind that it may take several days (usually 3-5 business days) for the credit to post to your account depending on your financial institution.

  • ALL returns EXCLUDING DEFECTIVE/wrong PRODUCTS sent may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

  • No refunds on shipping and handling.
